This notice explains what the DataShip website collects, why it is used and how to contact us about your information.
The assessment form currently prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not directly submit or store those answers. DataShip receives the information only if you review and send the email. That may include your name, work email, company, systems, category, operational problem and desired timeline.
When analytics is configured, DataShip uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and selected interactions such as assessment starts and email clicks. The implementation requests IP anonymization. Analytics helps improve the site and understand which services are useful; it is not used to sell personal information.
Information you send is used to evaluate fit, respond to your request, prepare a working session and manage a potential or active client relationship. DataShip does not publish your information or client identity without appropriate permission.
Email, website hosting, analytics and other business providers may process limited information to deliver their services. External sites and downloadable references have their own privacy practices.
To ask what information DataShip has received from you, request a correction or discuss deletion, email benjamin.brown@dataship.com. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business, contractual or legal purposes.

You do not need to know which platform, connector or project you need. Tell Benjamin what is breaking down, what your team is working around and what needs to improve. You will leave the first conversation with an honest view of the next step—even if DataShip is not the right fit.
