Website terms

Useful information. Clear boundaries.

These terms apply to this public website and its demonstrations, articles and downloadable resources.

01

Informational use

The site describes DataShip capabilities and operating approaches. It does not create a client, partner, fiduciary or advisory relationship. An engagement begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

02

Demonstrations + resources

Interactive demonstrations and sample reports use controlled sample or sanitized data and are provided to explain workflows. Downloads are general operating aids, not legal, accounting, regulatory, cybersecurity or quality-assurance advice.

03

Claims + evidence

DataShip distinguishes delivered work from prototypes, representative engagements and roadmap capability. Named clients, references, metrics and commercial outcomes are published only at the appropriate permission level.

04

Third-party products

Fishbowl, Shopify, SPS Commerce, QuickBooks, Chewy and other names belong to their respective owners. References describe operational ecosystems and do not imply a partnership, certification or endorsement unless the site explicitly says otherwise.

05

External sources + availability

External links are provided for context. DataShip does not control third-party content or guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Project outcomes depend on the agreed scope, data quality, system access, third-party capabilities and client decisions.

Start with the problem

Tell us what is making
the operation harder.

You do not need to know which platform, connector or project you need. Tell Benjamin what is breaking down, what your team is working around and what needs to improve. You will leave the first conversation with an honest view of the next step—even if DataShip is not the right fit.
